My name is Shrawan Thakur. I have a graduate degree in Masters of Engineering in Computer Engineering and an undergraduate degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering both from Nepal College of Information Technology (NCIT), Pokhara University, Nepal.
Being an Engineer, I am very good at hardware as well as software design. My undergraduate project entitled “Robotic Junction” was awarded the “Best Project of the Year.” I am also a proficient computer programmer and data analyst. For my postgraduate thesis, I have used the Machine Learning Algorithm for analysis of brain waves (EEG) to detect human emotions (happy, surprised, disgust, fear, anger and sadness). I used –EEG dataset publicly available at Kaggle– repository and managed the imbalance EEG datasets by using Synthetic Minority Over Sampling Technique (SMOTE).
Also this paper was published in Research Scientific publication in the World journal in Neuroscience.
